I have worked hard and invested to make the Assembly Rooms a premier conference and banqueting venue where we offer a complete solution that is highly customised and delivered with personal care and service. We work very closely with our clients to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements and add our experience to enhance their ideas. We then plan every detail of delivering their dream, including the creation of excellent food. Thanks to the expertise of our in-house catering team were are able to satisfy even the most discerning customer's requirements. At every function we work to have another delighted customer whose event was everything they could possibly have hoped for. To ensure we faultlessly deliver this, all key staff, including myself, are there in person and on hand throughout.
